Booking, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
(For Group Tour Bookings)
Booking Policy
- Group tour bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit as stated in the payment policy.
- Any booking shall be considered unconfirmed if the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe.
- The final number of participants must be confirmed in writing prior to the tour date.
- Any changes to the itinerary or number of participants are subject to availability and may result in a price difference.
Payment Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the tour date.
- Failure to comply with payment deadlines grants the company the right to cancel the booking without any obligation.
- All prices include only the agreed-upon services; any additional services will be charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the client:
- 14 days or more before arrival date:
The deposit amount will be forfeited only. - 7 to 13 days before arrival date:
50% of the total booking value will be charged. - Less than 7 days before arrival date or No Show:
100% of the total booking value will be charged. - All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through the officially approved communication channel.
Refund Policy
Any circumstances beyond the company’s control
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used.
Any bank charges or transfer fees shall be borne by the client.
Refunds do not apply in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Flight cancellations
Governmental or security decisions
