Jordan 8-Day Tour with Amman, Jerash, Dead Sea, Petra, Aqaba & Wadi Rum
This eight-day, seven-night Jordan tour offers a comprehensive itinerary covering major historical, cultural, and natural destinations across the country. The program includes city tours in Amman, visits to Jerash and the Desert Castles, time at the Dead Sea, cultural sites along the Kings’ Highway, a full-day visit to Petra, leisure time in Aqaba, and a desert excursion in Wadi Rum. Overnight stays are arranged in Amman, Petra, and Aqaba, with transportation and transfers provided according to the itinerary.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival & Transfer
Meet and assist services are provided upon arrival, followed by transfer to the hotel in Amman for overnight accommodation.
Day 2 – Amman City Tour & Jerash
Begin with a morning city tour of Amman, including visits to the Citadel, the Archaeological Museum, the Roman Amphitheater, and the Folklore Museum. Continue to Jerash for a visit, then return to Amman in the evening for overnight accommodation.
Day 3 – Desert Castles & Dead Sea
Drive east into the desert to visit the Desert Castles, then continue to the Dead Sea. Return to Amman for overnight accommodation.
Day 4 – Madaba, Mount Nebo & Kerak
A full-day tour includes visits to Madaba, Mount Nebo, and the Byzantine church mosaics. Continue to Kerak to visit the Crusader castle, then proceed to Petra for overnight accommodation.
Day 5 – Petra Visit & Aqaba
A full day is dedicated to exploring Petra, entering through the Siq and visiting the archaeological city carved into rose-red rock. Continue to Aqaba in the evening for overnight accommodation.
Day 6 – Aqaba Leisure Day
The day is free in Aqaba for private activities, with overnight accommodation at the hotel.
Day 7 – Aqaba Leisure & Wadi Rum
Morning time at leisure in Aqaba. In the afternoon, depart for an excursion to Wadi Rum and explore the desert by 4×4 jeep. Return to Amman for overnight accommodation.
Day 8 – Departure
Transfer to Amman airport for departure.
