1. How can I confirm a group booking?

A group booking is confirmed subject to availability and upon receipt of the required non-refundable deposit.

2. Is the deposit refundable?

No. The deposit is non-refundable, in accordance with the policies of hotels in Jordan.

3. When is the full payment due?

The remaining balance must be paid 7–14 days prior to arrival, depending on the hotel policy and season.

4. What happens if payment is delayed?

Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without any liability on the company or hotel.

5. Can the number of participants be modified after confirmation?

Yes, subject to availability and hotel policy. Price differences or additional charges may apply.

6. What is the cancellation policy for group bookings?

14 days or more prior to arrival: deposit will be retained

7–13 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged

Less than 7 days prior to arrival or No Show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged

7. Are refunds available in case of cancellation?

Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the cancellation policy within up to 14 business days.

8. What is considered a No Show?

Failure to arrive on the confirmed arrival date without prior written notice is considered a No Show, and no refund will be granted.

9. Do the prices include all services?

Prices include only the services stated in the official quotation. Any additional services will be charged separately.

10. Do policies change during high seasons?

Yes. During peak seasons (holidays, summer, conferences), stricter policies may apply based on hotel requirements.

11. What happens in case of force majeure?

In cases of force majeure (government decisions, natural disasters, border closures, etc.), bookings will be handled according to the hotel’s policy and refundable amounts from service providers.

12. Can a booking be transferred to another person?

This depends on the hotel policy and booking type. Prior written approval is required.

13. When should the final guest list be submitted?

The final rooming list must be provided prior to arrival, usually 5–7 days in advance, subject to hotel requirements.

14. How can I request a cancellation or modification?

All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing via email or the official communication channels.
